How to Download Zoom Participant List

If you need to check attendance or export participant data from a Zoom call, this video shows you how to do it step by step. It’s a quick guide to help you download the Zoom participant list using Zoom’s built-in reports. Whether you’re tracking attendance or analyzing participation, this method works.

Zoom provides several types of reports, but the one you’re looking for is in the «Usage» section. After signing in to your Zoom account, go to Reports > Usage. You can search for your meeting by date or paste the meeting ID if you have it.

Once you locate the correct meeting, click the number under «Participants». A popup window will show you the full list of attendees, including their names, emails, join and leave times, and total time spent in the meeting. You can check the box that says “Show unique users” to avoid duplicates if someone joined multiple times.

Then, just click Export to download the file. You can open it with Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. That’s it — you now have a clean participant list for your Zoom meeting!

Why use the Zoom participant report?

  • To track attendance for webinars, workshops, or large meetings.
  • To verify who actually joined your event and for how long.
  • To export data into Excel or Google Sheets for follow-up actions.

It’s a simple process that can save you time and help you stay organized — especially when managing remote teams or educational sessions.
